Organic barberry berries, 140 g, TERRASANA

Barberries are small, slightly sour berries that add a pleasant acidity to dishes. They are native to the dry, hot Saharan region of Africa – the land of the Berbers, hence the name. Organic barberries go well with yoghurt and smoothies, especially in combination with sweeter products such as maple syrup or raisins.
Barberries are rich in iron, potassium and magnesium.
