Dried seaweed HIZIKI, 100 g, TERRASANA

Hiziki is a black seaweed with a pleasant, slightly firm texture and a mild taste of the sea. They grow at a depth of 1-2 metres on the rocky seabed, are carefully harvested by hand and dried in the sun. Excellent as a garnish, in salads or stews. Particularly tasty with shoyu and mirin.

How to use?
Rinse thoroughly, soak for 10 minutes and pat dry. Fry briefly and boil or stew for 5 minutes. Use as a side dish or add to stews or salads.
