Delicious with Mediterranean dishes using tomatoes, vegan mozzarella cheese or tofu and olive oil. This spice is particularly suitable for fermenting cucumbers, pickling zucchini and patisons, which do not have a strong aroma, and preserving tomatoes and peppers. Like basil, oregano can be used to flavour vinegar and oil.
